Our Programs
1 on 1 Private Sessions
Private training in a 1-on-1 setting is extremely beneficial to today’s athletes. In conventional team training, an athlete’s struggles can easily be overlooked, and time may not allow you to get an adequate amount of quality repetitions. These sessions are specifically designed to improve areas of weakness, provide accountability, and reach individual goals.
Closed Group Sessions
More than any other developmental environment, I encourage players to train in small groups. Why? I believe that in a small group setting, players can find the perfect middle ground between the technicality of private training and the tactical principles of team training. This allows for more game-transferable exercises and at a higher volume. With closed group sessions, you can privatize your group upon request and apply instructions/restrictions. Closed group rates fluctuate depending on the request’s variables (player count, session duration, etc.) Highly recommended!
Open Group Sessions
Open groups are one of FSP’s most in-demand services. This has been a great asset to those looking for extra work in an environment that encourages individual growth and team-building principles with players from every walk of life. These are first come first serve! Open group sessions are tailored to be age, skill and typically gender-specific. Player capacity is 12 and will never exceed this number. Sessions will be distinguished and labeled by: Beginner, Intermediate, or Elite. Check our calendar for the weekly line-up!
FULL TEAM SESSIONS
Full team or pro-training sessions have been a staple of FSP since the brand’s inception. While getting a relative discount per player, this is an opportunity for your entire team to get quality work ranging from technical to tactical to physical development. This embellishes the weekly training experience for players and can be a special incentive that they look forward to.
SPEED & AGility ClASSES
SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness) are extremely critical elements to a player’s profile and are required in every phase of play – attack, defense, and transitions. In the modern game especially. Apart from technical consistency and soccer intelligence, speed of play is what separates the professional from the amateur. This class will typically consist of a mixed group (ages and genders) and include: resistance training, sprint tech, plyometrics, acceleration, top end speed, change of direction and more. We offer classes that are and are NOT soccer specific. Let’s get faster!
Annotated Film Review
Annotated film review services are available to any and all looking for live, structured feedback that is specific to the individual’s position, role, and goals. Via zoom call, one of our coaches will walk through your player’s film with them face to face. Notes will also be offered after the session for later review. We strive to be an outlet for player development beyond physical training, offering professional perspective and providing opportunity for growth in soccer intelligence (IQ) through detailed and written analysis.
Friday Free Play
FSP will host free play sessions on Friday evenings during the club season (Fall through Spring)! We believe that unstructured, unrestricted game play is essential to player development. Players can learn to be self-sustaining, intrinsically driven, and freely expressive without the pressure of parent or coach. These sessions will last an hour and a half and will be limited to 15 players per session. Teams will be divided into three and games will run King of the Court style. Two separate sessions will be offered: U8-10 and U11-13.
Seasonal Clinics
FSP has taken pride in hosting seasonal camps every year since 2018! Typically these 2-4 day clinics are held in the summer and winter. They often will feature a special guest coach or professional player! Clinic dates and details for 2023 will be announced soon! Stay up to date by subscribing to our newsletter.
